Speaking of upcoming events, I reserved a (very) nearby gym on Saturday for some pickup basketball, rain or shine. See the member’s blog for details.
I hypothesize that you can power clean more on rainy days.
Confirmed.
Power cleaned 235, an all-time best.
This matches my best squat clean, which means it’s time to update that little baby too.

Also,
3 + 10 Rx on the metcon. Could not keep up with Jay even though he scaled way up. I think I passed him once or twice on the sit ups, but he dusted me on everything else.

205# PC (10lb pc pr, 5lb clean pr).. Also my brain is stupid! I went for 210, caught the weight below parallel, could have hit the lift, but brain said not a power clean and dumped the weight.
