A. 25 minutes to work on either
- 2 position snatch (novice) or
- 3 position snatch (intermediate) or
- if OHS is inadequate, get after it. First things first.
B. 10 min AMRAP
9 “2-Fer-1” Wallballs (20/14)
7 COVP Pullups
EMOM: 1 successful snatch @ 65-75% 1RM required prior to counting reps for that minute. Begin the workout with a snatch.
