WOD 10 19 12

A. 25 minutes to work on either

  • 2 position snatch (novice) or
  • 3 position snatch (intermediate) or
  • if OHS is inadequate, get after it.  First things first.

B. 10 min AMRAP

9 “2-Fer-1” Wallballs (20/14)

7 COVP Pullups

5 T2B

EMOM: 1 successful snatch @ 65-75% 1RM required prior to counting reps for that minute.  Begin the workout with a snatch.

    This video taken in January. I can toss that weight around any way I please these days. Getting stronger is frakking awesome!!
