2 armed KB farmers carry length of gym x 2

1 set T2B (start with at least 7 reps)

2 armed KB farmers carry length of gym x 2

1 set bent over DB lateral raises (start with at least 7 reps)

Rest as much as needed between sets.

1 set double unders

 

C (F): [15] NFT:

2 armed KB farmers carry length of gym x 2

1 hollow hold for max time

2 armed KB farmers carry length of gym x 2

1 set Pushup

Rest as much as needed between sets.

1 minute jump rope practice

The gym will be closed this Friday, 10/24 in preparation for the competition we will be holding this weekend.  We will post a home-wod you can do at home!
