A. 25 minutes to:
- Weighted Chinup 3×8 AHAP
- Establish a 1RM Bench Press.
B. In teams of 2, 1 person working at a time:
AMRAP 12 min:
2 MU*
14 OT-Partner Burpees
28 Double Unders
*1 MU = 2 CTB Pullup + 2 Dips
**7 Double Unders = 1 Box Jump (24″/20″)

A1 – 2×8 BW, 1×8 12lb vest
A2 – 275 – got greedy and went for 300 last set – 1/2 way up – should have gone for 285
B. 10 rounds, 1 MU – Dennis and I paired up – MUs/DUs were equivalents… partner burpees we did 1×7, 1×7 – it was nice to rest a few seconds while Dennis did his burpees…
A1: 12# x8, 18# x8, 24# x8
A2: 185#. Tried 195 (failed), then was too beat to get 190 off my chest — will add that to my 30-day goals.
B: 9 rounds +2 MU with Seamus. (We did double the # of MU equivalents due to my faulty math.)
did yesterdays workout today since A yesterday was a rest day and B I didn’t have a partner to do todays wod…
did the workout Rx, and got a total of 132 reps, that was one full round at 75lbs then I finished the 12WBs in my second round using 95# for the HPCs
