This was a tough one. I stuck it out, but I didn’t get very far. Poo poo performance today.
P – 1/2/2
A. Sets of 5 across. Been a while, definitely hard at this quantity. [9]
B. Sets of 4 across. Not easy to string together today, I imagine because I’m still getting back from a week’s rest. Lots of single-drop. [7]
C1. 145# (65%). This was a good but hard zone for 5s. [8]
C2. 25#. Stuck to form rather than weight, since I often let the db escape me out front or to the side. These felt very good. [7]
D. This was miserable. Wallballs will always ruin me, but I tried my best to stick it out. 2+21 Rx. Extremely winded, which didn’t help me at all. [8]
