Testing, Training, Competing: know the difference.

Wed 11/27: Normal schedule

Thurs 11/28: Closed

Fri 11/29: 10AM, 11AM

 

WOD 11 25 13

We’ll be doing some ‘testing’ this week!

A. 20 min to establish a 1RM BS (Beginners: 3RM)

B. 15 min to establish a 1RM Strict Press

C. Time Trial: Row 2000m.  Take 5 min to review rowing technique prior to this.

    Not a bad day.

    A: 305#, 10# pr. Form feels much better than it did when I set 295#, could have gone heavier I think, decided against it given general soreness this AM.
    B: 135#, 18# pr, failed at 137#
    C: 7:38.2, never tested before, so we’ll call it a pr.

    Wow I was blown away with everyone who hit PRs today!

    Squat shout outs (sorry if I missed you – these are mostly from 4:30 and 5:30 classes):

    And it was great to see everyone fight through some tough presses!
