metcon was a suckfest. thanks to dunsmore for pushing all of us to actually do the double unders so we will actually get better at doing those f-ing things.

b. 13:57, did all the double unders but subbed parallette pushups for clapping pushups and did 12x35lb KBS instead of T2B
was kinda hoping that those DUs would help push this baby along…no such luck today 😛

C. Struggled with my DU a bit and had a hissy fit when I attempted a billion Bar MU and couldn’t get one. 13:58

a2. 7, 7, 8 wide-grip pullups (grip was a major limiting factor?!)
b. Oh, about 27 minutes. Rowed 250 meters instead of my last 100 DUs. First 200 took almost 15 minutes due to major shoulder fatigue from a1 and a2.
c. Rolled my calves and IT band on a big PVC pipe. Only cried a little.

C. 15:08 (no rx this time. form on the dynamic pushups was crap so I switched to knees)
Played around with some bar muscle ups after class. Almost had one with the red band…unfinished business.
My list of unfinished business is so long, I keep them logged in one of those ancient roll-out scrolls. You have to wear a ridiculous outfit (tank top) or it won’t even open.

C. It took me 11:30 to do 150 DUs (including attempts). I got 18:30 total with a 500m row at the end and using my knees for the clapping pushups.
Oh brother, I hear you on those double unders. Ouch.
