A. Every 90 seconds for 12 min (8 reps): 1 Squat Clean + 1 Jerk (can skip jerk)

B. In teams of 2, with 1PW@T, in 18 min:

100 Wallballs (20/14)

75 T2B

50  Deadlifts (185/135)

25 Box Jumps

Then, with remaining time, AMRAP:

4 Cleans (135/95)

8 Over the partner burpees

All cleans must be performed by 1 person, and all 8 burpees must be performed by partner.  Alternate roles each round.
