    Prerequisite for this movement is to be able to perform greater than 25 u/b pushups (without pausing). To perform this movement, place hands on an empty barbell at standard push-up hand width. ROM standard is CTB.

    B. enjoyed this WOD despite the fact that it took me quite a long time…
    Sarah put at 25min cap on the WOD and I finished just in time at 24:55 🙂
    subbed strict press at 65# for HSPUs, used a red band on ring dips and parallettes for pushups.
