Not sure if people were spooked by this chipper or what, because attendance was light this afternoon.
We had a good time in 430 though and played with Jason’s battle bands as part of our warm up. If you ever wanna see how those are supposed to be done, ask Troy to demonstrate. The man brings the fury!

The Fury? Are we onto something?

Bottom line, I guess most people don’t agree with Kristen on how to have a good time.

Throw some rings on those blue ropes and you’ve got a pretty accurate reenactment of my toes thru rings today-over it. But happy birthday Kris!

Maggie. I’m sure your amused face was much less grumpy….maybe

Phil, there’s nothing wrong with my idea of a good time ha…I don’t like what you’re implying.

Thank you everybody for the birthday wishes and for suffering through a wod that I adored 🙂

All I’m implying is that when you saw the metcon you were like

        and everyone else was like

Brutal wod but very TPesque. I was just going so dumb I didn’t even do it right and forgot the 30 toes through rings and started muscle up transitions. Then I did the toes in rings and back to mu transitions. it was a lot of things.

For all those who don’t know, TP stands for Total Package and not the 2-ply variety.
