2 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
4 Deficit Push-ups (1 45# plate high @ hands & feet)
6 Plank-ups
Rest 1 min after 3 min.
Start over w/ HPC each round.
C. Turkish Get-up 3×4 (4 = 2L + 2R) Start at a manageable load. Increase weight as comfort level increases.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Ed showed his true colors tonight. Since he was late, Jen made him do five burpees, and choose someone else to do them too. Instead of picking one of the many fit, able bodied athletes in the circle, who do you think had to do burpees? That’s right, the cripple with only one functioning ankle!! How rude!
He didn’t do five since the first three were no reps.
