A1. Skill: Push Jerk or Split Jerk technique. Use light weight until form is consistent.
A2. Strict Pullups: Perform a total of 40 reps. Widen Grip if you can perform >12. This can be broken up in as many sets as needed, but you should use assistance so that you can hit at least 4 reps per set.
B. For time:
Jumping Lunges (in place – one jump = 1 rep)
