CrossFit Games Open Update 2/22/14


WOD 02 27 14

A1. Skill: Push Jerk or Split Jerk technique.  Use light weight until form is consistent.

A2. Strict Pullups: Perform a total of 40 reps.  Widen Grip if you can perform >12.  This can be broken up in as many sets as needed, but you should use assistance so that you can hit at least 4 reps per set.

B. For time:


Deadlifts (225/155)

Def. pushups

Jumping Lunges (in place – one jump = 1 rep)

    If we tell you, does that mean you’ll make us do more of them or will you have pitty on us and make us do less of them?!?!?!?!? My least favorite is the burpee.

    So y’all know I love RTP more than any other box ever and I miss you a whole bunch and you could never do anything wrong in my eyes BUT….

    Yesterday on my way to my new box I was thinking about how much I really wished it was Country Wednesday and not just Wednesday. Well wouldn’t you know, when I got there it was even better- Bluegrass Wednesday!!!

    It made my least favorite move (thrusters) a little bit better, but I still miss RTP!

      We miss you too girl. And Bluegrass wednesday- Love IT! Hate Wallballs though. I told Kris this morning that if there is another WOD with 150 Wallballs this year, I am just going to turn around and leave out of principle.
