I was at the 6am class and suspect that a lot of cherry pickers made a conscious decision to sleep in rather than lunge.

Cherry picking?? No. I’m taking a day off because i am trying to recover from a super intense yoga class last night. Snarles and I were the only ones there, which put Lisa in a really bad mood so she made us do plank holds for 20 minutes!!

Yoga was rough. I think I’m more sore from yoga than I am from crossfit. It was no joke last night, you missed out.
