As for most memorable, I really just love the team workouts period. None stands out more than another, but all of them I remember have been worth it!

B. Didn’t take much weight here – 35# x 2
C. Teamed up with Kristen and got 5+0. Rope climb on the 3rd round got a bit testy since my legs didn’t really want to move. Like at all.
My most memorable team workout is the 21-15-9 Shoulder to Overhead/DL workout from the SuperFit Games in Raleigh last year, when D$ just went bananas and killed the entire second half of that workout.
