WOD 01 30 13

A. 20 minutes working on snatch technique (<75% max load).  Select either

  • Power Snatch or
  • 3-position snatch

B. 5 ME L-sit attempts.  Score is sum of times.  (see comments)

C. EMOM (12 min), perform 30 sec of ME

  • Squats (0:00, 3, 6, 9)
  • Burpees (1:00, 4, 7, 10)
  • Pullup (2:00, 5, 8, 11)

Don’t forget that it’s WVW (24/12).  (Part C only).

    For the L sit, use either
    A) 2 legs tucked
    B) 1 leg out, 1 tucked
    C) 2 legs out
    Legs must be fully extended (no bend at all). Set up 3 boxes at identical heights (your feet will be over one of the boxes). The L sit ends when either foot makes contact with the box if performing B or C versions. If performing A, this ends when your knees drop below your hip.
