A. 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Back Squat

B. 8 min AMRAP:

3-6-9-12…

Thrusters (95/65)

OTB Burpees

Score is total reps.  If you did the nutrition challenge, make this WOD up later this week!

C. Accumulate 120 seconds of front lean on rings (plank on rings).  Ideally, set feet at same height as rings.

    By the way – the nutrition challenge has wrapped up and I will need everyone to submit their numbers in by end of the day tomorrow! This way I can wrap up the results and post the winners later this week!

      My suspicion is that if Mad Dog was rocking full beard, a tank top, and 70’s-style basketball shorts, he would have squat over 400 lbs today.
