A. Back Squat:  Find a heavy 3, then go to (85% of H3) and perform (5×5).  Focus on bar speed and making reps AFAP.

B. Strict Hanging Leg Raises.  Perform as many as  possible without developing any swing.  5 total sets.  Beginners should attempt to raise knees as high as possible.

C. 12 min CAP

33 Thrusters (95/65)

20 Burpees

22 Thrusters (115/80)

20 Burpees

11 Thrusters (135/95)

20 Burpees

AMRAP with remaining time:

11 Thrusters (155/105)

20 Burpees

      How much EVOO are we talking to make this palatable?

      If pressed for time, I’ll usually either do canned tuna + homemade OO mayo, or a 2-3 egg omelet with cheese. Scrambled eggs with extra coconut oil instead of cheese works too.

      Another quick option is frozen precooked chicken breast (not the best tasting, but kept on hand for just such occasions) + bacon bits + mozzarella cheese, all microwaved together.

      I ate a *lot* of cheese before this paleo challenge…

    In two previous posts you (Lei) said that the clinics are on the 17th and the 19th. That would be Monday and Wednesday, not Wednesday and Friday. Which one is it?

    I go for canned tuna + a small avocado. It’s portable and tasty. Salt, pepper, and some hot sauce finish it off (if I have some close by).
