CrossFit Games Open Update 2/22/14
Note: Our Friday 6:30PM class will be Open Gym format for the next 5 weeks. Also, a few athletes will be performing the Open WOD at this time slot.
WOD 02 26 14
A1. Back Squat: 6×3 @ 85%
A2. Ring Dip: 6 sets (6-10 reps) AHAP. Add weight/bands if necessary to hit reps.
B. 12 min CAP:
AMRAP of [3-6-9-12] of
X Squat Clean and Jerk
X Bar Facing Burpees.
After 1 full round, increase weight. Rd 1: (95/65), Rd 2: (135/95), Rd 3: (185/120).

I think that all the referees at our box should dress in the exact same uniform as the ref in the first picture in the “Do it!” article!!
I think the holdouts would sign up if they did…
