Like last week, we will have sign in sheets and run heats every 20 minutes.  First heat begins at 9:20AM.  The gym will open at 8:30AM.  Even if you don’t plan to do this workout, come in and cheer on your fellow teammates!

    Last year, for 12.4, I got 72 reps with a 12# wallball. This year, I got 112 reps with the Rx 14# wallball. Yay for progress!
