A. Push Jerk (6×2) AHAP.  Dip slightly to recieve the bar after your first rep.

B. 4 rounds:

30 sec ME bar facing burpees

30 sec rest

30 sec ME STO (95/65)

30 sec rest

30 sec ME Thrusters (95/65)

30 sec rest

Adv: rounds 3,4: (115/80)

Rounds 5,6: (135/95) (extra credit)

    Today’s question?? Now that there’s only one WOD left in the Open, what will it be?
