A. Back Squat 5×4 @ 84%

B1. EMOM (8): Deficit Pushups: 8 sets for max total reps. Plates under hands and feet.  Legs cannot touch the floor.

B2. EMOM (4): Shoulder Touches: 4 sets for max total reps.  Work max 20 sec.

C. 4 RFT [C12]:

4 MU (Sub 10 Dips)

20 KBS

30 DU
