Easter Holiday Class Schedule:

Fri: 6AM, 7AM, 10AM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM.  All other classes cancelled.

Sat: Normal classes at 9AM, 10AM

Sun: Normal Open Gym

A. Push Press (5×3) AHAP

B1. Strict Chinup – add wt if needed (4×8)

B2. CTB Bodyweight Row (elevate feet for horizontal body position)  (4 sets for 6-10 reps)

C. 6 Rds [C15]:

8 Burpees

6 Hang Power Cleans (135/95) – Sub box jumps

4/2 MU (sub 6 dips)

Rest 1 min between rounds.
