WOD 04 20 13

A. 5 x [2 Mid Thigh Clean Pulls + 1 PC + 1 (PC into FS)].   Rest 2 min between sets.

It is desirable to set up blocks to pull from.  Straight arms on the clean pulls.

B. Partner WOD: In teams of 2, 1 person working.

20 GHD Situps

40 DB/KB Thrusters (25/35)

60 Ring Dips

80 KB Swings (53/35)

80 Double Unders

60 T2B

40 Burpees

20 GHD Situps

Perform a 100m Prowler push (hoop->dumpster->hoop) after each movement.  Both partners may push simultaneously.

    A. Push press ME of 8 @ 75#.
    B. Actually had a fun doing the partner WOD w/ Rae today. We got 19:22 with mostly “Rx”. Thanks Rae!!
