Congratulations to D$, Ashley, and Kris for competing at the Vengeance Games this weekend!  Kris and her friend got 3rd place overall!  Ashley and D$ did a great job even though they didn’t make the podium, as they got some very good competition experience under their belts!

 

WOD 04 22 13

A. Back Squats.  Increase weight from last session.

B. Bulgarian Split Squat 3×10 each leg = 6 total sets.  AHAP.

C. EMOM:

1st minute: 1 BS (same weight as A), 1 Burpee

2nd minute: 2 BS, 2 Burpees

3rd minute: 3 BS, 3 Burpees.  Back Squats need not be unbroken.

Continue until work cannot be completed.
