I made sure to use Lu today, but no magic happened. I’m starting to doubt it’s superpowers. Maybe it’s because I did it in the open area of the gym instead of my holy lifting sanctuary…or maybe I just need to work on my clean technique. Who knows.

B. 31:35 – 1st time doing it so kinda a PR. SUs instead of DUs :/
A: 215# clean, 10# PR. was not feeling clean & jerks today
B: 29:30, PR by ~2 mins
all I could think after this work out is “I need a strawberry daiquiri”
A) 153# from hang
B) 30’s: 26:43; ~3min PR and first time rx. Should probably do 50’s next time. Everything was okay until those burpees, ugh
Post: 168# hang clean PR (+33#) — pretty darn happy about this! Still need to work on getting under the bar faster
