    Lots of folks in today!
    Did my own thing:
    A. OHS and snatch work. Worked up to 55# but the quads are still not happy. I think I might have torn them a little during Murph last week so I’ll be laying off the leg work for a while…
    B. for time:
    100 DUs
    Then 4 rounds of:
    5 strict pullups
    5 walker dips
    10 second handstand hold
    Finished w/ 100 DUs
    About 17:00 (clock got reset around 15:00)
