There has been a recent spike in Arnold quotations in the gym (…finally), and so with the upcoming strength cycle I feel that it important for everyone to watch this video:

This was a deceptively difficult morning. Happy Monday!!

    A1. 8@160#
    A2. 12×2
    B. 7:42 Rx. “4 rounds? That doesn’t seem so bad!” Then there were 53# goblet squats. Youch.

    A. 255# x 15 (had to abort due to neck spasm)
    B. 12×5
    C. 6:59 Rx

I skimped a little on pull-ups last cycle if I ran out of time and ended up losing ground. Stayed late today to make sure I finished all 12 rounds.

Oh, um, somewhere between Thundercats, Voltron, M.A.S.K. and Transformers. I’d lean toward the last two because I had a lot more fun playing with the toys than watching the show. Who knew that even then I didn’t like to park in front of the TV for too long 🙂
