WOD 07 19 13

A1 .Bench Press (5xME@45% – AFAP u/b sets).  Minimize rest during A1/A2.
A2. Def. Pushup (5xME – AFAP).  (Target >5 reps).  Hands & feet under 45#.  Rest up to 2 min after A2.*

*For both of these, there is no rest in between your sets.  If the barbell stops at all, the set is over.  Hands & feet under 45# for A2.  Beginners new to BP should perform (5×5 @ a challenging wt).

    Wow! Very few posts for the hoards of folks who showed up for this one. Sorry Roger, your 7:07 Jackie time did not hold. I know for a fact there was a 6:55 from the 6:30 group…
    A1. 56 reps with 55#
    A2. 36 reps with knees
    B. 12:19 with 45# and a red band (used red+purple last time in May and got 12:30).
