A. Skill: BTN Split Jerk: 10×1.  Focus on correct footwork and speed.  Go heavier (80%+) if both are there.

B1. Strict Dip 5 sets for max total reps. (Adv: MU Neg after each set into FG)

B2. Ring Pullup 5 sets for max total reps. (FG preferred)

C. FT: 75 Thrusters (95/65).  [C10]

5 burpees each bar drop.

    Happy birthday Lorena! Hope it was amazing!

    A. 105#. Worked on keeping my feet far enough apart at the finish, and bending the back knee, rather than going heavier.
    B1. Um, math. 44?
    B2. Got a few ring pull-ups. Otherwise about 7 total.
    C. 57 at 53#. Woof.

    thanks to everyone who helped me with Carter at one point or another yesterday! I don’t get to come in very often and actually exercise in a class, and I appreciate everyones help to occupy my little guy when I do so that I can actually exercise once in a while. You guys are really an amazing group of people!
