C. In teams of 2, 4 rounds of:
6 ‘suicides’ (relay style)
10 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
12 GHD Situps or 20 Situps
Each round begins @ 0:00, 6:00, 12:00, 18:00.
For this workout, partners will perform the suicide sprint as a relay (3 each per rd). Box Jumps and Situps are to be performed by both partners working at the same time. When partners complete each round, they will rest until the next round begins at the specified time. Coach can assign teams.
