P. 2/1/3 lower legs sore, not loving the running today.
A1. 135 across. This felt just right for this volume. [7]
A2. False Grip. Sets of 5-6 after the first one. These burned out quickly.
B. 9:58. Worked at 205. This was heavy and challenging, but doable. Butted right up against the time cap with the more moderate run today. [8]
C. Very challenging, but kept unbroken. [8]
