A2 (P). False Grip Scap-Pulls 5×8.  If your FG goes, finish all 10 w/o FG.  If you can do strict MU, perform 5 sets of 2-5 reps.

A2 (F). Scap Pulls 5×8

Run 400m

D. Hollow Hold 2 x 0:40

*There are no set percentages but go based on feel.  If you need a guideline, do all 6 sets at 60%.  Target difficulty of 6/10.

    DL and running?! and it’s not even my birthday! those two movement put together make for the most pleasurable experience!

    P. 2/1/3 lower legs sore, not loving the running today.
    A1. 135 across. This felt just right for this volume. [7]
    A2. False Grip. Sets of 5-6 after the first one. These burned out quickly.
    B. 9:58. Worked at 205. This was heavy and challenging, but doable. Butted right up against the time cap with the more moderate run today. [8]
    C. Very challenging, but kept unbroken. [8]
