C. If you complete B, add 10 lbs and perform B for 4 additional minutes.

D. 3RFT:

10 burpees

B. 6 Rounds NFT:

2 FS

2 STO

Select a weight that will allow you to perform one round without putting the bar down.  This will require 1 Hang Clean to bring the bar from the Deadlift to the Front Squat,

D. 3RFT:

7 burpees

7 pushups

    A) 225 (looking back I should have done 235)
    B)9 total rounds 115 -> 125#’s (nice to be going over head again)
    C)P-?:??-Time is a relative construct anyways… (pull-ups just weren’t happening right, think I rushed it and skimped on the form)
