So impressed!
Fun mob this morning. So great to WOD with MaggieOne again, she is just a bundle of joy! Oh, snatches suck. But they don’t. My ass is so sore (from lunges, people), that those heavy squats were brutal. However, now I know that I am engaging my glutes while squatting. Ouch.
It’s hard not to be joyful when hanging out with the mob!

I got one to add…someone asked Dunsey “how do you go down?”…in reference to rope climbs obviously but her dirty mind kicked in 😉
Pretty rusty on the snatch. I think it’s been a few months since I even tried one, so I just did 43lb on that after failing at higher weight. Worked up to 115 BS. 12:16 on the metcon with all kinds of scaling. 🙂
Snatch: worked up to 75#
Back Squat: 3 sets of 205# before I ran out of time, 90% wasn’t going to happen today so stuck to ~85%.
Metcon: time unknown cause clock failed but ~11 mins or so. Knee pushups and 1 rope climb + 6 ring rows instead of 2 rope climbs.
Got to watch Seth and the Unicorn go after this one at the Syndicate. Jen made a keen observation that there were four of us watching two people working out.
Decided to change that and got after it. TP joined me shortly afterwards. 7:58 Rx.
