C. 4 RFT: (In teams of 2**) [C14]

15 GHD/Abm Situps*

*Partner must be planked for all rowing, KBS, Situps to count.  If plank stops, rower handle cannot move.

*Plank can be on hands OR elbows, and can also be on knees (vs. feet).

**Partner (A) works for Rds 1, 3.  (B: 2, 4)

    Great workout this morning!! A little thin on Sunshine today, but I’m sure we’ll get there Wednesday.
