When snatching for singles – start light and manageable weights. For example, your 10 reps may go something like this: (60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 90%, 95%, 95%, 100% or +)
Only add weight if you make the lift.
Front lean on rings = plank position on rings, feet at ring height.
A. Snatched 185 for the second time in this life. Well over bodyweight, no big deal.
B. When I left, I had the fastest Rx boy-time of the day @ 10:40, no big deal.
C. Had to break this up. Got one minute straight, then miserable two sets of 0:30. Lisa and Ed did this unbroken. OK, I’m impressed, you two.
