A1. Bench Press (5-5-5) AHAP.  All 3 sets should be ‘heavy’.  Add wt between sets as needed.

A2. Wide Grip L-pullup (up to 2 attempts between B.P. sets for up to 6 total sets)

*Sub negatives, then an L-sit if needed.

B. AMRAP 4:

4 Hang Power Cleans: 135/95

8 T2B

10 Pushups

C. -Rest 3 min-

AMRAP 3:

8 Hang Squat Cleans (155/110)

20 Wallballs

D. -Rest 2 min-

AMRAP 1 min:

Clean (185/125)
