A. Back Squat: 6×5 @ 80%. If you fail a set, stick with 80% and get as many reps as you can.
B. Wide stance good mornings (3×8) moderate weight.
C. 15 min:
Over the Box Jump (24″/20″) *No full ext needed at top.
Today’s workout is NOT for time, NOR Reps. It is about moving through movements with a steady pace. Perform each movement at a 70%-75% pace (you should be able to maintain a conversation at this pace). If you feel yourself slowing down in that movement, move onto the next movement. Cycle through these movements as many times as needed. Advanced has the option to perform MU prior to pullups.
