B. GHR 3×10 AHAP

C. 5 Rounds for total working time:

2 Muscle ups

4 HSPU

6 Thrusters (95/65)

8 Burpees

Rest 1 min between rounds.

    I heart hug yoga and can’t wait for its return. Some long-term lingering shoulder issues went away after a few sessions, and I doubt it was a coincidence.

    Welcome Kim for sure!
    This wod was fun and thanks to jay, I completed it in 9:57! Sub 10 wasn’t as lift a goal as I thought.
