I did the same thing for my last set of OH lunges, did 9 reps and threw the plate down. I picked it back up, thought about starting the 15 reps over, but decided to just finish it out. I then threw it down again after a few reps, and then finally picked it back up to finish out that round. F those things.

Rae, I think the self-regulation of taking away your own Rx is pretty boss hog and appropriate. I also struggle with overhead lunges (one of my top five goats) and would’ve likely done the same thing if I wasn’t busy being a lazy piece of shit at the beach.
