    Great workout this AM – after 2 weeks on the road and dropping in at various other boxes, it’s good to be back home.

    A: 225lb
    B: check
    C: 3 + 12, 155lb, pullups + dips

    As it happens, in two weeks and workouts at 4 other boxes, I never once got in a squat, however I managed to show up everywhere on heavy clean day apparently.
