B. keeping arms locked and knowing when to bend is still so tricky
C. 12:29, first round bandless dips then used a purple band, started with 83lbs. and by the 3rd round I really thought the weight was a bit heavier but figured I was just tired….oh no!! I got bamboozled and my weight was secretly changed to 93lbs. thank you!! and glad I didn’t know til it was over 🙂 tricky tricky coach!!
