A1. Back Squat: (5 @ 59%, 5@ 68%, ME@ 77%). Target 10+ reps.
A2. Strict Pullups: 4 sets for max reps across all 4 sets. (not a ME each set)
B. For time:

20 Pullups
1 Prowler push (+135/+90)
15 BS (50%)
20 Pullups
1 Prowler push (+135/+90)
9 BS (50%)
20 Pullups
