If you are performing 14.2 (for either the first time or second), please work with your coach at the beginning of class. Plan to warm up and get a judge who can skip part B and C to judge you.
A. Back Squat 4×4 @ 82%
B. Back Squat 2×5 @ 65% – go for bar speed during ascent.
C. Strict Pushups: EMOM for 8 min: perform 1 set. Do not hit failure. Option: sub MU for Pushups.
D. 12 min CAP:

Fun morning, but heavy again.
A. Up to 160: This got real, and heavy, fast.
B. 135
C. 1+30. Burpees weren’t terrible, T2B felt great, 95 clean was fine, but bashing against my collarbone. Second set was 115, as 135 is not in my wheelhouse, yet.
Oh, and I’m aware the crashing was because of slow elbows. They had no interest in moving today, but we powered through 🙂
