If you are performing 14.2 (for either the first time or second), please work with your coach at the beginning of class. Plan to warm up and get a judge who can skip part B and C to judge you.
A. Back Squat 4×4 @ 82%
B. Back Squat 2×5 @ 65% – go for bar speed during ascent.
C. Strict Pushups: EMOM for 8 min: perform 1 set. Do not hit failure. Option: sub MU for Pushups.
