    What’s the substitution for those of us who are less than proficient at strict push-ups?

      Though I know you were already in this morning, someone else might benefit.

      Pushups easily scale by inclining your hand position. Imagine the least resistance would be against a wall, followed by a tall box, lower box, etc, until you eventually reach the floor.

    Easiest thing is probably to come by my place to pick it up straight from the freezer so I don’t have to leave it sitting in a cooler all day or something. If you’d realllyyy prefer to get it from me at the gym, let me know and we probably can make that work too.

    I live about 2 miles from the gym, just north on Hwy 55. My address/contact info is on the signup sheet — just text me to make sure I’m around. I’ll be at home tonight post-WOD for pork pick up!
