EMOM (For 20 min)
A1 (Even): Clean and Jerk (70%-80%). Crisp reps.
A2 (Odd): 1 set Strict Chinup (2-10 reps) (+ Wt if needed)
B. 4 RFT (1 min rest between rounds):
8 Deadlift (60%)
12 Burpees

I’ll always remember Elizabeth working out in her first metcon and stopping halfway and telling me in a matter-of-fact and somewhat nonchalant tone, “Um. This is really difficult.”

Sadly, I am moving to Greensboro. I am going to miss everyone. I just don’t think the coaches will understand at crossfit Greensboro when I ask for a scale for everything…even running!
Elizabeth, just so you know you will be very missed in our 430 crew! But I have some advice for testing out your new coaches…tell them that you want to scale double unders because they make you too tired, and if they look at you the way I do when you say that and threaten to increase your number of DUs then you’ve found a good home away from home
