A. 115#. Good to get back to Front Squats. Stopped being scared and just concentrated on my rack and elbows. Worked like a charm.

C. Cindy 12+4. Once again nice to do a met con where I don’t scale the pull-ups 🙂 Shoulder has been irritated since Tuesday though, so did pushups on my knees.
