A. Bench Press: (5@59%, 5@68%, ME@77%). Target 10+ reps.
B. Dips: EMOM for 8 min, 3-10 reps. If banding, target assistance to hit 4-6 reps.
C. 5RFT [C12]:
18 KB Swings (53/35)
9 Clapping/Dynamic Pushups
27 DU (sub 1 min of DU practice)

Well, that was just like elements all over again. SOOOOO glad to finally make it back ‘home’!!

C. 4+22 w/ a 25# KB and knees on the push-ups.
I am such weak sauce! My grip was tired from KBS, and even w/ the lighter weight! My DUs are still decent though. (Yessss!!)
