Word up! That was a freaking awesome class. All were fully legit PAs with full arm lockout as soon as the feet hit the ground. No press-out funny business.
Was proud of you, One. Way to go for it even though it was a visibly uncomfortable weight.

A2. Felt like a wild animal today and worked up to a 225 push jerk single. Easily a lifetime PA. I tied Dorian’s push jerk and when I told him, he started taking his jacket off like he was going back for more. Nice! Nothing like a little competition to motivate for next time.
B. 5 rounds + KB swings. Walking backwards with the weight was new for me and was surprisingly tough. It kind of reminded me of being drunk given how much control I seemed to have over my body.
