A. Mobility – spend 5-10 minutes rolling out your quads!
B. Back Squat 6 ×4 @ 82% Start a running clock and squat every 2 minutes (0,2,4,6,8,10).
C. 4 Rounds:
30 sec ME Hang Cleans (135/95) *any style
30 sec rest
30 sec ME T2B
30 sec rest
30 sec ME CTB Pullups (if no pullups, sub bar facing burpees)
30 sec rest

I agree w/ J… Some pullups, and I’m going to throw some rowing/running out there.
wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, but yes, 300 wall balls later…totally worth finally getting those 2 muscle ups!
